JPMorgan Chase (JPM) said Wednesday it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Aumni, a provider of investment analytics software to venture capital companies.

Financial terms of the agreement weren't disclosed.

JP Morgan said Aumni complements its recently launched Capital Connect, a digital platform that connects private companies and investors, and the acquisition of share plan management software Global Shares.

The transaction is expected to close in the first half of the year.

JPMorgan Chase shares were off 0.6% in recent Wednesday trading.
