Under the partnership, Microsoft Azure customers will be able to use New Relic as the default observability platform inside the Azure portal.
New Relic will be available on the Azure platform in the coming months, the company said.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
New Relic shares were 4.5% lower in Wednesday midday trading while Microsoft was off 3.2%.
