Pinnacle West Capital Promotes Andrew Cooper to CFO

Pinnacle West Capital (PNW) said late Thursday its board promoted Andrew Cooper to chief financial officer, succeeding Ted Geisler, who will become president of Arizona Public Service Co., the company's principal subsidiary.

Cooper will leave his posts as the company's vice president and treasurer. His new appointment becomes effective May 16.
