The company said it will roll out the Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management to replace its human resource systems for its global workforce in its 130 countries of operation.
Financial terms of the partnership were not disclosed.
Nokia declined 1.1% in recent premarket trading on Thursday, while Oracle edged off 0.5%.
