Aramark Buys Foodservice Company Wilson Vale for Undisclosed Sum

Aramark (ARMK) said Friday it has acquired Wilson Vale, a foodservice company in the UK, for an undisclosed amount.

Wilson Vale joins the Aramark UK business, part of Aramark Northern Europe operations, the customer service company said.
