SilverSun Unit to Buy Dynamic Tech Services' Acumatica Division for Undisclosed Sum; Shares Jump

SilverSun Technologies (SSNT) said Monday its subsidiary SWK Technologies agreed to buy the Acumatica division of software services provider Dynamic Tech Services.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Software consulting company SilverSun expects the deal to close by year-end 2021, according to a company statement.

The company's shares were up 45% in recent trading.
