Total home sales for the period were $208.9 million, versus $218.5 million a year ago. The analyst polled by Capital IQ had expected home sales of $256.8 million. Total revenue was $214 million versus $218.5 million a year ago.
The construction services provider now expects full-year revenue to fall in the range of $1.02 billion to $1.06 billion, up from its prior guidance range of $960 million to $1.02 billion. Q4 revenue is pegged in the $392 million-to-$415 million range. The Capital IQ analyst views full-year revenue at $996.2 million and Q4 revenue at $328.7 million.
