According to the company, its operations in Malaysia, Scotland, Romania and Illinois are all affected by the pandemic in varying degrees due to restricted business operations and movement of citizens. Authorities in Wisconsin are also expected to issue restrictions today limiting non-essential business, potentially affecting Plexus' manufacturing activities in the state.
"At this time, all of our operations are operating at close-to-normal levels with the exception of our Penang, Malaysia facilities, which are operating at roughly 40% of normal workforce levels," Plexus President and CEO Todd Kelsey said.
