In a filing Tuesday to the Federal Communications Commission, Charter, the Competitive Carrier Association and ACA Connects presented a proposal that would free up a large amount of spectrum -- at least 370 megahertz -- for 5G services.
The group said their proposal provides for making all of the reallocated C-band spectrum available at the same time in a single FCC-led auction.
