(+) Oracle (ORCL), which was advancing by more than 6% after the US software maker reported results that topped Wall Street expectations for its most recent quarter. Non-GAAP EPS increased 23% to $1.16 for the three months ended May 31, from $0.95 a year ago.
(+) Social media platform YY (YY) was gaining more than 2% in value after it priced an offering of $425 million of convertible senior notes due 2025 and $425 million convertible senior notes due 2026 at par.
(+) Weibo (WB) was up more than 2% after saying it is seeking regulatory approval for its plan to sell senior notes, without disclosing the size of the public offering.
