Financial and other details of the proposed transaction were not disclosed. The construction company is expecting its purchase of the energy-efficiency services company to close before the end of June, subject to certain closing conditions and the conversion of certain contractual liabilities into new debt.
Wildan also said Onsite Energy generated around $20 million in revenue over the last year, adding it expects the deal will boost its FY19 earnings.
