(+) Foresight Autonomous Holdings (FRSX), which was surging more than 56% after it signed a commercial agreement with Israeli defense company Elbit Systems Ltd. (ESLT) for the exclusive marketing of its proprietary image processing software for the defense, paramilitary and homeland security markets.
(+) Adobe Systems (ADBE) was advancing more than 4% after it reported Q2 non-GAAP earnings of $1.83 per share, up from $1.66 per share in the year-ago quarter and better than the analyst consensus of $1.78 per share on Capital IQ. Revenue was $2.74 billion, up from $2.19 billion last year and topping the Street view of $2.70 billion.
(-) China's social media platform company YY (YY) was down more than 4% after unveiling plans to raise $425 million through convertible senior notes due 2025 and another $425 million via convertible senior notes due 2026 for expansion. It also prepares $75 million of the 2025 notes and $75 million of 2026 notes for over-allotment.
