The new construction represents St. Joe's initial forays at the 68-acre office complex. Once complete, the buildings will contain a combined 19,800 square feet of rentable space and can be each leased by either a single tenant or subdivided for as many as five light industrial, warehouse or office tenants.
St. Joe also is offering lots for sale at the Cedar Grove Commerce Park in addition to build-to-suit options on lots ranging in size from one to two acres. The two new buildings are expected to be completed by early 2020.
