The amount represents an increase of $100 million from the previously announced $300 million offering. The notes will be sold at an issue price of 100.000% of par plus accrued and unpaid interest from Jan. 15.
The offering of the notes is expected to close on June 11. Intelsat Jackson plans to use net proceeds from the sale of the notes for working capital and general corporate purposes.
