Jay Miller, currently an independent director of the company, will become interim president and will report to the board of directors. Miller is expected to hold this interim role until a new chief executive officer is chosen.
Rich Wasielewski, whose contract was recently extended through May 15, 2019, will continue to be the company CEO until a successor is chosen. His planned retirement was announced August.
The company also promoted John Lindeen to senior vice president of global operations, where he will be reporting to Miller. Lindeen joined Nortech in 2013.
